Your bridal gown size differs from your typical dress or pant size! We recommend ordering a sample 2-3 sizes larger than the size you wear in street clothing. For example, if you typically wear a size 12, your bridal size will most likely be a size 16 - 18, depending on the fit + designer. Please note, every designer runs different!

ALTERATIONS

Alterations are a game changer and are necessary for any bridal gown, whether you purchase a designer sample gown with us or order a brand new dress from a traditional boutique! If a gown is too large, have no fear!

You can alter most gowns down 2-3 sizes without damaging the integrity of the dress. While options are more limited with a gown that is too small, we encourage you to reach out to our knowledgable stylists to discuss what options may be available.

Luxe Privée Louella is a glamorous crepe fit and flare wedding dress with a ruched bodice + off the shoulder straps! Please note, this style has buttons down the back that are only pictured in the in-store photos.

In order of appearance: Monica wears size 22, Ashley wears size 14, and Kaila wears size 6. Bridal sizing differs greatly from street sizing and by designer. Please reference the size chart prior to placing your order.

Our gowns haven't been worn down the aisle, but they may have been tried on by brides who chose a different dress. We hold our samples to high standards, though some may need a little extra love, like a loose button or a broken zipper - small fixes that a skilled seamstress can easily handle. Those minor imperfections mean major discounts! While we do our best to keep gowns in pristine condition, wear and tear can occur during try on. Intentionally imagined for the Luxe Redux Bride, Luxe Privée offers a blend of on-trend styles, inclusive size options and accessible price points.

Shipping

We charge $25.00 per gown and $15.00 per accessory for shipping anywhere in the continental United States. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order ships, usually within 2-3 business days.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $150.00. Shipping internationally will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Signature required upon delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Security tags must be intact, and the gown must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

A $25 processing fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to the original form of payment. If the gown is returned damaged beyond repair, it will be rejected. If the gown is returned with stains or condition issues, you may be subject to a cleaning or repair fee at our discretion.

Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
