She was so patient & helpful with getting me in & out of dresses & was awesome with my family members who had joined as well. CarolineThe store manager is the sweetest person you will ever meet, and she is a talented bridal stylist. I found my dream dress and I am still beaming. She was so thoughtful and intuitive and could read me and helped me find a dress that felt true to me, which I now see I had completely lost sight of in the midst of wedding planning chaos. She brought me back to center and back to myself, and my wedding day anxiety transformed into a calm excitement thanks to her. She was right there with me and her excitement matched if not exceeded mine. She is a gem. I went into pretty much every bridal shop in the city trying to find the perfect dress, and this store in my opinion surpasses all of the others as far as quality of inventory. BeccaI had such a great experience at Luxe Redux in Cincinnati. This was my first time trying on dresses and my stylist was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and understood my vision to help me find my perfect dress. She brought me different styles to narrow down what I really wanted and found me such a beautiful dress. She glammed me up so I could get the full pictures and ending up getting my dress, veil, and earrings all in one day!
