Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Luxe Redux Bridal reserves the right to update the shipping policy at any time. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Restrictions may apply.

Signature is required upon delivery.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. 

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Continental USA

• $25 Standard shipping per gown
• $75 Expedited 2-day shipping per gown
  
• $150 Expedited overnight shipping per gown
• $15 Standard shipping per accessory
• $50 Expedited 2-day shipping per accessory
• $75 Expedited overnight shipping per accessory

Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

International 

• Shipping may range in price from $150 - $500
• There may additional taxes/duties/fees upon arrival that the customer will be responsible for
• All sales are final on gowns shipped internationally

Damages/Delays:

Luxe Redux Bridal is not liable for any products damaged, lost or delayed during shipping. If your order arrived with damages, you are required to contact Luxe Redux Bridal on the date of delivery. Please include photos and delivery details. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
