Booking my appointment was easy, and I was able to get in the same week. I had the pleasure of working with Destiny for my first appointment, and Kassidy for my dress retry on appointment. Both stylists were a dream to work with – friendly, patient, offered helpful insight, and helped expertly guide me through the entire process. I didn't know what my preferred dress style was going in, and Destiny was instrumental in helping me figure that out. She brought me a variety of dresses to start with, and listened to my feedback on what I liked and didn't like before subsequent rounds of dresses. For my dress retry on appointment, Kassidy was so kind, and patient while I went back, and forth between a couple of dresses that I loved for different reasons. She was there when I needed her, and stepped away when I needed time to think. I am thrilled with the dress I picked, and so grateful I ended up choosing Luxe Redux Bridal Toledo.
