Bridal sizing tips + tricks:
Alterations are a game changer and are necessary for any bridal gown, whether you purchase a designer sample gown with us or order a brand new dress from a traditional boutique! All of our stylists are highly trained in understanding what can be altered.
For the best experience, we suggest scheduling an appointment. Your dedicated stylist and fitting room will be reserved just for you. Walk-ins are welcome in our wedding dress shop in San Antonio but scheduled appointments take priority.
No, our bridal appointments are complimentary at Luxe Redux Bridal San Antonio.
Monday - Friday appointment: You must call 24 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the $150 fee.
Saturday - Sunday appointment: You must call 48 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the $150 fee.
If you reschedule your appointment and then cancel that rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the $150 fee regardless of timing.
We have this cancellation policy in place to ensure that every bride who would like to visit our store has access to a fitting room and a stylist for their entire appointment. Unfortunately, when a bride cancels at the last minute, it takes away the opportunity for another hopeful bride to book that time slot.
We suggest street parking, as well as paid parking [via QR Code] attached to the apartments at River North.
We ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment and not early as we don’t have a waiting area for our guests. We want to make sure your suite is ready for you and your party. Arrive at the time of your appointment and we can make you as comfortable as possible!
