Terms + Conditions

The following pertains to our general terms + conditions:
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If you are unsure about purchasing an item, we do encourage you to contact us before completing the checkout process.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • All gowns listed online are also available in our brick + mortar locations and can be sold at any time. If one of your dresses is unavailable when we receive your order, we will contact you to choose an alternative or offer a refund.
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and require additional days in transit for delivery.
  • While we do our best to work with our brides' schedules, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Luxe Redux Bridal is not responsible for shipment delays from the carrier. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
  • An adult signature is required upon delivery, and as such, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. At-home try on services are available in the U.S. only.
  • Luxe Redux Bridal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived with damages, you are required to contact Luxe Redux Bridal day of delivery. Please include photos and delivery details, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

 

The following pertains to our Luxe in a Box + Accessory Luxe in a Box try on services:

  •  All gowns listed online are also available in our brick + mortar locations and can be sold at any time. If one of your dresses is unavailable when we receive your order, we will contact you to choose an alternative or offer a refund for the $50 try on fee.
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and require additional days in transit for delivery.
  • While we do our best to work with our brides' schedules, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Luxe Redux Bridal is not responsible for shipment delays from the carrier. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
  • Prepaid gift cards are not an accepted form of payment. Any orders submitted using a prepaid gift card will be canceled and refunded.
  • If the payment authorization form is not completed within 48 hours, your box order will be canceled and refunded.
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • The fees for our Luxe in a Box and Accessory Luxe in Box are non-refundable.
  • Our Luxe in a Box and Accessory Luxe in a Box services are available in the U.S. only. Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
  • An adult signature is required upon delivery, and as such, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • If you miss your delivery attempts, the box will be returned to our boutique and you will be required to place a new order to receive your box. A refund will not be provided.
  • You have 48 hours with your box. Late fees will be incurred if items are not shipped on time.
  • You are solely responsible for the price of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies. If you notice any of your expected items are missing, you must let us know within the day of delivery.
  • We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. However, significant damage, loss of the item(s), and theft are not considered normal wear and tear. If the item(s) is damaged beyond repair or never returned, you will be charged the retail price of the item(s).
