Luxe in a Box Terms + Conditions

  • Please note that these dresses are out on our sales floor and can sell at any time. If one of your dresses is unavailable when we fulfill your order, we will contact you to choose an alternative.
  • While we do our best to work with our brides' schedules, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. 
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Luxe in a Box is available in the contiguous U.S. only.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • If you miss your delivery attempts, the box will be returned to our boutique and you will have to place a new order to receive your box. A refund will not be given.
  • You are solely responsible for the price of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies.
