At Luxe Redux, we take great pride in being part of your most memorable moments and have been working hard to meet your needs as the spread of COVID-19 continues.
The health and safety of our staff, clients and the community we serve is a top priority. With the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) having an increased impact across the country, we want to share with you directly the steps we are taking to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients, while still serving you. We have been fortunate there have not been any reported cases of COVID-19 within our Luxe Bridal Family, but based on the latest guidance from the CDC and the WHO, in order to keep our clients and staff safe, we have made the decision to temporarily close our boutiques through the April 6th to help prevent the further spread of the Coronavirus in our local communities.
While we are temporarily closing our boutiques, we will continue to keep limited staff available to assist our brides by phone and email, and arrange times for merchandise pick-ups. We are beyond thankful that during this time we may still celebrate our clients through the following services:
You can continue to shop + purchase our samples online. Our e-commerce business at www.luxereduxbridal.com is not affected by the boutique closures.

Please keep in mind that with limited staff, we will need your patience while we answer your inquires in the order in which they are received. If you call the boutique, please make sure to leave a message. All inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours during the days stated above.
We will be actively monitoring the situation and relying on guidance from the CDC, WHO and local health authorities to guide our decision on when we will reopen our stores and will provide additional updates as decisions are made.
