Our Day at Briscoe Manor Houston | Bridal Photoshoot
One of the most beautiful venues in Houston, Briscoe Manor, hosted #teamluxe for a breathtaking styled shoot + open house! Read on to learn more about what goes into a bridal photoshoot + to see some behind-the-scenes photos.
We started the day at our Houston bridal boutique, ensuring we had everything on our checklist for the shoot + open house. After making sure we were all set, we headed over to the venue to begin set-up!
Once we arrived, we set up our station in their gorgeous bridal suite. We made sure to bring a variety of gown styles, from chic + modern, to floral + boho. Our friends at Beloved Makeup and Hair were located in the bridal suite, as well, giving the brides-to-be at the open house that night an idea of how the venue will look on their big day!
Once we had set up shop for the day, we began styling our model for the shoot. The dress we chose was Signature by Justin Alexander Evelyn, a modern, shimmery gown with a fitted silhouette and square neckline. We paired this gown with the Sara Gabriel Lauren veil + Tamara earrings. Our stunning model, Alex, looked beautiful in her final look!
Now the fun part begins! We started taking photos in the stunning chapel at Briscoe Manor, and ended by their lake, getting all of the picture-perfect spots in between. Courtney of Courtney Tate Photo was our photographer for the day, and she did an amazing job capturing all of the beautiful moments. Our videographers, Reverent Wedding Films, did just as an incredible job bringing this day to life through video!
Florals from Casa de Flores covered the interior of the ball room, creating an enchanted garden-feel for everyone who entered. A stunning three-tier cake from the Chocolate Llama and music from Flight of the Keys lended to the magical feel, as well.
Once the styled shoot was wrapped up, we headed back to the bridal suite to prepare for the open house + to meet future #luxereduxbrides! There, we had the chance to chat with our brides about their wedding day vision, and what they saw themselves walking down the aisle in. After getting to know so many amazing brides + getting them on the books for their appointment, it was time to pack up + head back to the boutique!
