Monica has been with us for 2 years and we are so grateful for every ounce of experience and love she brings to our team. We deeply admire her positive and outgoing energy, her drive, and the way she puts her whole heart into serving others. HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF BRIDAL: "I love traveling with my long distance boyfriend, hiking at state parks on the weekends, and taking my 2 dogs home to Ohio to visit family and lay out on the beach!"
FAVORITE FOOD + DRINK: "Buffalo Chicken Wings with a Moscow Mule or Hazy IPA"

"Working with like-minded, driven females who are always striving to better themselves and our company."
What is a BIG dream you have for the LR company?
"To have at least one store in every state and to become the first boutique every future brides thinks of when they are looking for their dream dress"
Who is your favorite gown designer and why?
"Monique Lhuillier for her modern, feminine designs brought to life with luxurious fabrics and details (I would cry if I wore a Monique on my wedding day!!!!)"

ANY ADVICE FOR BRIDES?!
"Believe me - you DO NOT need a ton of appointments!!! Book ONE, maybe 2 appointments at first. I promise, going to more appointments will only make this process more difficult for yourself and the less enjoyable. Even if you have family visiting from out of town or you have no idea what you are looking for, I promise, you will very quickly realize what you like and don't like. Finding your dream dress happens a lot faster than you'll expect, so just trust yourself!"
