Hiring: Full-Time Inventory Processor

We’re growing and we have big [like, really really big] plans for the growth of our brand! #luxetakeover. Luxe Redux Bridal is currently hiring for an Inventory Processor who will work out of our Flagship Boutique in Columbus!

Luxe Redux Bridal is a high end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury, designer gowns at a discounted price. We are continuously expanding opportunities for our brides to shop with us, offering both in-store and online shopping experiences. Currently, Luxe Redux Bridal consists of 5 brick-and-mortar locations, and we’ve expanded our ecommerce options to provide multiple offerings for our brides to shop + say yes!

Now, let’s talk #workperks! While bridal is a niche market of retail – our hours certainly don’t reflect those of traditional retail hours [goodbye early mornings + late, late nights!]. Also, pop the champs, we are CLOSED on all of those special holidays where big box retail finds it revenue worthy to be open.

With our current growth, we are excited to offer this position and add a rockstar to our internal inventory team in our Flagship location. Our Inventory Processor will be the keeper of the merchandise, completing all physical inventory processes and making sure merchandise is properly checked in and is accurately ticketed. This position is also responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of incoming inventory, and dispersing inventory to our satellite locations, as well as fulfilling and processing any online orders that come through the Flagship location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, document, and process all incoming inventory.
  • Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and tagged.
  • Communicate with Inventory Team promptly regarding inaccurate or damaged inventory.
  • Fulfill customer online orders from inventory in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
  • Process all outgoing inventory and/or collateral, including creating accurate shipping labels with tracking information and scheduling carrier pickups to ensure shipments go out in a timely manner.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.

The perfect candidate should possess the following:

  • Ability to apply strict quality control in relation to designer bridal sample inspection.
  • Passion for learning about bridal designers and gaining hands-on experience in the bridal industry.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
  • High level of accuracy, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use Apple Products, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite and other technology-based tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with fanatical attentional to detail.

  • Reliable and punctual work ethic.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.

  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds.
